Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mindora platform and services, including our website, ADHD assessment tools, digital avatar coaching, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About Mindora

Mindora is an AI avatar clinical decision-support platform designed to facilitate ADHD assessment and provide digital coaching support. Mindora does not make diagnoses, recommend treatments, or provide medical decisions of any kind. All diagnostic and treatment decisions are made by qualified clinicians.

Mindora is not a healthcare service provider. Mindora connects users with leading independent vetted clinicians, hospitals (e.g. Nightingale Hospital London) and pharmacies. These third-party providers deliver a range of clinical and pharmaceutical services to patients and clinicians utilising our platform. Mindora does not employ, direct, or control these providers, and is not responsible for the clinical decisions, treatments, or services they deliver.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• •Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• •Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Services Provided

Mindora provides two tiers of service:

Free AI Platform Access (first 100 sign-ups):

• •AI avatar-led pre-assessment using validated screening tools (ASRS & DIVA scales)
• •Personalised ADHD trait map and tailored strategies
• •Partial assessment report preview highlighting key findings

£850 Introductory Assessment Package:

• •Full unlocked assessment report and clinical documentation
• •Expert Consultant Psychiatrist-led clinical assessment
• •Three 15-minute follow-up appointments with an Expert Consultant Psychiatrist (if ADHD is diagnosed)
• •Three months of AI-enhanced digital coaching (included free)

If no ADHD diagnosis is made, the £350 follow-up portion is refunded. The user pays only the £500 assessment fee.

5. Fees and Payment

The first 100 users to register receive free access to the Mindora AI assessment platform, including a partial assessment report preview. No payment is required to use the free tier of the platform.

To unlock the full clinical report and proceed with the Expert Consultant Psychiatrist assessment, the cost is £500 for the clinical assessment plus £350 for three 15-minute follow-up appointments with an Expert Consultant Psychiatrist. The total of £850 is billed upfront for simplicity. If no ADHD diagnosis is made following the clinical assessment, the £350 follow-up portion is refunded — the user pays only £500.

This introductory pricing is available for the first 100 sign-ups. As a new service, Mindora is actively evaluating its pricing based on market feedback, demand, and uptake during its initial launch period. Following this introductory period, the price may be adjusted — this could mean an increase or decrease depending on the insights gathered. The current price will always be clearly displayed on our website at the time of booking. The introductory offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and is non-transferable. Mindora reserves the right to withdraw or modify the introductory offer at any time without prior notice, though any booking confirmed at the introductory price will be honoured at that price.

Mindora reserves the right to adjust its standard pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to new bookings only and will not affect bookings already confirmed at a previously stated price.

Promotional offers, including the three months of free AI coaching for assessment clients, are subject to availability and the terms stated at the time of sign-up. The AI coaching app is also available as a standalone subscription at £11.99/month.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Upon booking, you are granted immediate access to our advanced digital platform and AI coaching service. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and the extent to which you have accessed these services:

• •If you cancel within 24 hours of registering and have not accessed the digital platform or AI coaching system, a full refund will be issued minus an administration charge of £50
• •If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled clinician appointment, a 50% refund will be issued
• •No refund will be provided if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled clinician appointment, or after the clinician assessment has been completed

7. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• •Provide truthful and accurate information during your assessment
• •Attend scheduled appointments or give reasonable notice of cancellation
• •Use the biometric kit as instructed and return it when required
• •Not share your account credentials with others
• •Use the platform and coaching tools for their intended purpose

8. Clinical Services

Clinical assessments are carried out by qualified, independent Expert Consultant Psychiatrists. Mindora facilitates the assessment process by gathering and organising information through its platform, but all clinical decisions — including diagnosis and treatment — rest with the assessing clinician.

Follow-up appointments (included in the £850 package where ADHD is diagnosed) are 15-minute consultations conducted by Consultant Psychiatrists. Additional clinical services, where indicated, may be provided through third parties linked to Mindora. Mindora is not responsible for individual clinical decisions or outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Mindora platform are owned by or licensed to Mindora and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Mindora is a clinical decision-support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
